Tsebum – Long Life Vase
Ritual Copper Tsebum: The Long Life Vase or Tsebum in Tibetan, is the main emblem of Amitayus (Tsepame); the deity of longevity. The Tsebum represents the enlightened activity of Amitayus, the Buddha of longevity and is used for long life rituals and empowerments. Tsebum is one of the main ritual objects in Tibetan Buddhism. It is used in various Vajrayana rituals related to increasing one’s lifespan.
About this Ritual Copper Tsebum
The Tsebum is made of copper alloy with brass rings to beautify the Tsebum and decorated with turquoise and coral semiprecious stones which is beautifully hand carved with beautiful images. The hand engraving details are done very finely throughout. The finely hand engraved Tsebum is crafted by the master artisans of Patan, Nepal.
