Jambala Wealth Offering Set. Jambala, aka, Zambala or Dzambhala is the manifestation of Chenrezig, the Buddha of Compassion. Dzambhala is not an ordinary, worldly, wealth granting deity. He is the complete expression of the generosity, kindness, and compassion of all enlightened beings, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas.
The Buddha of Compassion, Chenrezig, manifested as Dzambhala to grant wealth and to relieve the poverty of sentient beings so that they might focus on more enlightened activities beyond struggling financially. The underlying purpose of Dzambhala practice is to cultivate generosity, giving, well-being, loving-kindness, compassion and the sharing of one’s virtue and abundance for the welfare of all beings.
The practice of Dzambhala, aka, Jambhala or Zambala, involves making offerings of water, incense, reciting the mantra and offering merit for the welfare of oneself and others. All of these methods are ways to transcend poverty consciousness while increasing prosperity in one?s own life.
